Lourdes Clavellino (Buenos Aires 1985) grew up in Barracas and was always fascinated by the details that define this forgotten and abandoned industrial working-class neighborhood. These “urban portraits” would later become scenarios of a fantastic world where creatures of intense and dark colors mingle with people and challenge them in their daily routine.
She attended Diego Perrotta’s painting and work analysis workshop and various workshops in different disciplines such as theater, ceramics, improvisation and comic strips. She participated in the following group exhibitions: Sensoria (Centro Cultural Borges, 2019); Abunda (Borges Cultural Center 2018); 23/20 Celebration (Centro Cultural Borges, 2017); Echoes of the City (Exhibition Hall of the Legislative Palace, 2017); Episode 19 (Supermarket Art Gallery, 2016); Resonance, (Supermarket Art Gallery, 2015); Passengers, (The Wandering Eye, 2014).
