Ariela Naftal
Ariela Naftal (Buenos Aires 1966) works with a strong biographical imprint. She appeals to a universe that contemplates the integration of simple objects from everyday life to the field of art, creating a space that is as familiar as it is strange. The objects that she uses become a mark of a territory and present a postcard “indoors” where forced silence reigns, the words contained are mute and the outside is always sniffing and digging into the intimate.
She has studied at the Municipal Institute of Avellaneda, Ceramics, at the E.N.E.T. Fernando Fader, she participated in the School of projects, Art x Art., Perfecting herself with different teachers in techniques and work approaches.
